Philip Johnston
Chief Executive Officer
Philip’s early career was in the space industry which included a key management role in the Prime Contractor team for Envisat, a large European scientific satellite.
Philip joined Trackwise in 1999 and acquired the Company in 2000. Under his stewardship the Company has enjoyed sustained growth based largely through export success and innovation. Philip is named inventor on a number of UK and international patents, including that of Improved Harness TechnologyTM and he has led several government supported R&D consortiums including a European CleanSky programme. Philip holds degrees in both Aeronautical Engineering and Law.
Mike Prosser
Director of Operations
Mike holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has worked at Trackwise since 1998. Having joined as a development engineer Mike has rapidly progressed through the ranks working in every facet of the PCB manufacturing process. He brings to his current role a broad breadth of experience and practical knowledge and is responsible for all manufacturing operations including personnel, process plant and equipment and chemistry – from specification to installation, commissioning and maintenance. Mike is also responsible for the Trackwise Environment Management System – ISO14001:2015.
Sandeep Heer
Director of Quality
Sandeep has spent nearly 25 years in the engineering arena with time served at two of the UKs most prominent automotive manufacturers before joining Trackwise in 2021.
His strengths stem from broad experience encompassing manufacturing, supplier quality, plant continuous improvement, operations, and business planning. He began his career at Honda where he quickly moved up the ranks before moving on to project management at Magal Engineering and then into supplier development at Jaguar Land Rover.
He holds a BENg in Manufacturing Engineering.
Andy McGarry
General Manager
Andy has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years and previously managed a successful SME supplying bespoke components to the aviation, rail and lighting sectors. He joined Trackwise in 2017 to project manage the company relocation to its new premises in Tewkesbury and is now responsible for production planning, productivity and on time delivery. Andy has detailed health and safety knowledge and holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
