Trackwise join trade mission to Collins Aerospace
Trackwise is delighted to have been invited to join DIT’s trade mission to Collins Aerospace, 25th March in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Company has been selected to present its Improved Harness Technology™ – a lightweight printed interconnect alternative to traditional wire harnesses. Trackwise’ unique capability to manufacture multilayer flexible printed circuit boards of unlimited length means that the proven benefits of printed circuit technology can now be brought to subsystem and system level harness applications – for both data and power.
Trackwise CEO, Philip Johnston, commented “We are delighted to have been selected to participate in this mission. The benefits of Improved Harness Technology™ are particularly pertinent to the aerospace sector, not just in terms of the significant space and weight savings it offers, but also in improved reliability, repeatability and installation time. We very much welcome the opportunity of presenting this innovation to the Collins Aerospace team.”
Collins Aerospace, formerly UTC Aerosystems and Rockwell Collins, is a leading global supplier of aerospace and defence products employing over 70,000 personnel around the world and net annual sales of $23B*.
